Affordable Fees: Most services can be provided on a flat rate basis, which includes includes all conferences and telephone calls with the attorney as well as all drafts and final execution of your documents. Responsiveness: The office prides itself on its responsiveness and accessibility to its clients. All telephone inquiries are returned by the attorney within 24 hours, if not the same day. All initial drafts of estate documents are forwarded to the client within one week of receiving the client's essential data. For our business clients we are happy to offer rapid turnaround times as required by the client.
Convenience: In most cases, evening and even Saturday appointments can be scheduled at our Manhattan office conveniently located at Park Avenue South and 29th Street.

Sean Hayden graduated with honors from Tulane Law School, Moot Court Board, and brings over 20 years legal experience to his valued clients.
Mr. Hayden initially trained as a trial attorney with two major Dallas law firms concentrating on commercial litigation, insurance defense and premises liability. He thereafter started his own solo trusts and estates practice.
As a member of the New York Bar, his Manhattan based practice focuses on trusts and estates, real estate transactions, and business formations, maintenance and acquisitions. His real estate practice encompasses residential sales and purchases and commercial leases. His estate practice has a special emphasis on services for same-sex couples.
His professional affiliations include the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyer’s Association, and the Association of the Bar for The City of New York.
Mr. Hayden has been a past speaker on diversity issues at Hofstra Law School as well as various financial planning seminars in the Manhattan area. He was a member of the faculty of the New York County Lawyer’s Association continuing legal education program for estate planning for nontraditional families where he also served on the LGBT Issues Committee.
Mr. Hayden is an avid adventure traveler who has hiked the ancient Inca trail to Machu Picchu in Peru, has marveled at the Great Pyramids at Giza and has explored the ancient moai on Easter Island. He still dreams of one day climbing among the ancient temples of Angkor in Cambodia.
